If you are still dissatisfied after contacting our customer support team, you may apply for a refund. Certain guidelines to be followed are:

  1. We would not be liable to refund in circumstances where we miss the submission deadline due to a customer`s failure to submit necessary material on time.
  2. When a customer makes a claim for poor quality of an order, not a problem, they can provide specific examples with regard to any quality issues, we will take care of it.

You can use our customer service system to request refund. All refund requests after 7 days are not accepted. In what case refund policy is applied?
